Tiketo Chat

An AI assistant on your website, connected to what your site can do.

Give visitors useful answers and a direct path to action. Tiketo brings your content, website controls, and interactive experiences together in one assistant.

Built for real websites
Answers, actions, and rich UI in one conversation.

What it does

More than a question-and-answer box.

The assistant understands your approved content and can connect the conversation to the website experience around it.

Answers from your content

Use an agreed knowledge base to give visitors relevant answers grounded in your information.

Acts on your page

Connect agreed host actions—such as finding the current page or toggling a setting—to the conversation.

Interactive UI in the chat

Help people move forward with confirmations, choices, cards, and product previews inside the assistant.

Secure by design

Allowed domains are set per client ID. Action inputs and outputs, plus component payloads and replies, are schema-validated. A clean reset protects logout flows.

See it in action

How we work together

From a useful idea to a confident launch.

A coordinated rollout keeps the assistant and your website integration aligned.

  1. 01

    Agree on use cases

We define what visitors need and what the assistant should help them accomplish.

  2. 02

    Configure staging

Your developer adds the snippet and implements the agreed actions following the developer documentation.

  4. 04

    Test on staging

Together, we verify the conversation, page behavior, content, and fallbacks.

  5. 05

    Launch

Tiketo provides the production client ID, and the tested integration goes live.

FAQ

A few things teams ask first.

Do we need developers?

Yes, briefly: a developer adds the small snippet and implements any website actions we agree on.

Can I use Google Tag Manager?

Yes. The Quickstart explains how to add the snippet with Google Tag Manager.

Which languages are supported?

Built-in chat labels follow the locale your integration passes in context (English if none is provided). The assistant's content and conversation languages are agreed with Tiketo.

What data does the chat see?

The chat sees the launch context you pass, agreed action/component data, and visitor messages. Never pass secrets.

What happens on logout?

Your website calls reset to clear the conversation boundary. See the API documentation for the logout-safe flow.
